Rev. Dr. Teoma Loeb accepted her call to ministry at age 18 and preached her first sermon on April 14, 2002 at the age of 20. Rev. Loeb then embarked on a worthwhile educational journey attaining first, her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University, and continuing her studies, graduated from Howard University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. After gaining physical therapy experience, Teoma then went on to pursue her Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University - where she realized the necessity of combining her faith with her professional goals. While completing her Divinity degree at Emory University, Rev. Loeb simultaneously completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Alabama State University. Rev. Dr. Teoma Loeb was ordained in December 2018 at her home church - New Providence Baptist Church - where she continues to serve as an Associate Minister. Rev. Loeb has also recently opened her own Health Promotion Practice: BodySoul Community Wellness & Physical Therapy, Inc. Teoma is excited about her ministry and her smile in infectious. She often engages in ministry alongside her twin sister Tatiana Taylor, and her husband Min. Will Loeb.
